Srinagesh Talatam (IIT Madras 1979) spearheaded one of the most prestigious projects of the country - GMR Hyderabad International Airport, the first private airport in India.

As the CEO of the GMR Hyderabad International Airport, Srinagesh Talatam took charge of conceptualising the project components, handled the airport activities and lead departments including Finance, Project Structuring & Development, Business Planning, Company Secretariat function, Operations and Project Management and Clearances. The most critical function being people function. He and his team worked with a futuristic mind and their dedication made the Hyderabad Airport one among the best.

The 105,300 sq.m terminal which is up and running, with the current capacity to handle 12 million passengers in a year and a potential capacity to handle over 40 million passengers. The airport has been ranked as the best in the 5 -15 million passenger category for the year 2009.

After completing an eventful five year term as CEO of the Hyderabad Airport, he currently serves as the CEO of Pragnya Advisors Private Ltd (PAL); a management company for the Mauritius based Pragnya Fund (PF) focusing on opportunities for investment in real estate in India and Sri Lanka.
