PanIIT Alumni India (PIAI) is an organisation which has representatives from among the alumni of all seven IIT's. PIAI has currently its headquarters in Delhi. It is managed by a PanIIT India Board as detailed below. Board holds its meetings every second Saturday of the month through teleconference in which all Board members can join in from their respective locations.
PIAI oversees the initiatives, activities and projects taken up in India as a consequence of deliberations during the Global IIT Alumni Conferences. PanIIT-India is also closely connected with the Alumni Associations of all IIT's in India and the IIT Alumni fraternity world over to suitably take up such activities.
PanIIT is now a registered body under the Indian Societies Act. Its constitution can be seen here. It has also created a PanIIT Alumni Resource Center which offers Web, directory and network-based services.

Milind Y. Gokhale
- B.Tech.(Civil) 1981
- Milind has been handling Civil Engineering Projects- Construction & Consultancy - for the past 25 years
- He has served on the IITBAA Board as director from December 2003
- He has been the Chief Executive Officer of IITBAA from 2004 - 2008
- He has earlier been a member of the PanIIT 2006 Event Team and worked out the detailed item-wise budget for the event which became a crucial foundation for subsequent work on the subject
Ramnath S. Mani
Ramnath S Mani graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur in 1969 with a degree in B.Tech (Hons.) in Electronics and Electrical Communication Engineering.
One of the pioneers in the field of Industrial Automation in India he started his career with the Khaitan Group and was instrumental in the development and execution of the indigenously manufactured large sectional drive system in India for paper mills. From 1984 he was Vice President of Allen Bradley India, a joint venture between the Khaitan Group and Allen Bradley, USA (now known as Rockwell Automation) for manufacture of Programmable Logic Control products and Automation systems.
Backed with his extensive knowledge of the Automation in Process and Industrial Plants, he promoted a start-up company, RSM Electronics Private Limited in Chennai in 1991 for manufacturing DC Drives and then entered into a Joint Venture with Control Techniques Limited, a Division of Emerson Electric USA. for manufacturing of Industrial Drives and was its Managing Director till 2008. Having been associated for over 35 years with the automation industry, he has a very deep knowledge of the Industrial Automation market in all types of industry like Steel, Paper. Sugar, Cement, Material handling, Automobile, Textiles, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals etc.
Presently he is the Chairman of Emergys Software, an IT company which he setup in 2000 and specializing in Enterprise Solutions, Healthcare, e-governance and Manufacturing Execution Systems with operations in USA, Mexico, India, and China.
He is also a promoter-director of Rotosys Technologies which manufactures high end Inverter Duty and Servo motors.
He has travelled extensively and has been responsible for entering into a number international tie-ups, collaborations and joint ventures.
He was awarded the "District Level Award for Excellence" by the Government of Tamilnadu in 1992. and the "UDYOG PATRA AWARD" in 1997 in New Delhi.
As part of CSR, he also runs a school in a village near Chennai for first generation school goers through his Trust (www.dharaneeswarar.org.in) which is involved in Rural Development.
He is also closely connected with various social and non government organisations being Vice President of Mylapore Academy, a 50 year old Social organization, Vice President of Hamsadhwani , a cultural organization, Vice Chairman of St. John's Ambulance, South Chennai.

Deepak Mirza
Initially worked with Shiv Nadar's first venture and later with DCM Data Products. Since 1986, have been involved with starting, growing Chennai based Dax Networks Ltd to reach (about 4-5 years back) and then maintain consistently; the position of a top 5 Indian Networking Brand, per International Data Corp; where the other 4, interestingly, are always large MNC's (Cisco, Nortel, Juniper, 3 Com, amongst others similar). - Presently, President, IITDAA Chennai Chapter andPresident of the new initiative - the IIT ALUMNI Club, Chennai. Started this IITD AA Chennai Chapter around 1990, and have been constantly associated since then. Reactivated, and now a really active IITD AA Chapter.
- PAN IIT Dec 2008 Conference: was the Co-Chair for 2 of the Committees - the Marketing & PR, as also the I T
- IIT ALUMNI Club Around 2005: started working closely with the IITM AA Teams towards setting up an IIT ALUMNI CLUB in Chennai that will cater to Alumni from all IIT's. Made substantial progress; got stymied by some issues and shelved this till 2009. Thanks to the initiative of the present IIT MAA Exec Comm this Initiative was restarted around June 2009. This pioneering Club is almost real now. More than 160 members have registered and paid. The Managing Committee elected unanimously on Aug' 15th 2009.and weekly progress is being made towards setting up a good-quality Club
Chand Das
Chand Das is the CEO of ITC's Education & Stationery Products Business.
He completed his B.Tech. in mechanical engineering from IIT Kanpur in 1977 and his post graduate diploma in management from IIM, Bangalore in 1979.
In a management career with ITC Ltd., spanning 29 years, Das has worked in multiple positions in marketing & business development.
He is a director of ATC Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of ITC Limited. He worked as Chairman - PR Committee for PanIIT 2008 event.
He is also a life member of the All India Management Association.

Pramod Gothi
Pramod Kumar Gothi, born in December 1949 is a gold medalist in Metallurgical Engineering from IIT, Roorkee, 1971 batch.
He possesses more than thirty eight years of work experience in diversified industries. After working in reputed companies such as Hindustan Copper Ltd. (5 years), Hindustan Electrographite (5 years), Carbon Corporation Ltd. (4 years), he joined Piramal Enterprises (Chairman: Ajay Piramal) in 1985 where he first headed G.P. Electronics as Executive Director and pioneered the successful Greenfield project. Subsequently, he moved to Miranda Tools as Executive Director and under his guidance turned around the company to a profitable enterprise.
Later he moved to Corporate Office as President of Piramal Enterprises wherein he undertook the assignment of long term strategic planning for the Textile Division along with McKinsey & Co. He played a very important role in the partner search and the signing of joint ventures with Italian Companies.

Anupam Singh
Anupam completed his B.Tech. (ECE) from IIT-Guwahati in 1999, the first Batch.
After a short stint at CA-TCG Software Private Ltd., Kolkata, followed by another at a start-up in Guwahati, he joined Aurigo Software in Bangalore. At Aurigo, Anupam was the principle architect for Aurigo's construction management software solution.
In 2006 he started his own venture, Bizframe Technologies, a software solutions company in Bangalore, specializing in instant reporting solutions using mobile/handhelds. The Company is in its growth phase with customers from several govt agencies and private firms using their mobile solutions for gathering daily activity reports from remote worksites.
Mayuri Gupta
Mayuri Gupta is a B.Tech. graduate from the Mechanical Engineering Class of 2003, IITGuwahati. During her four year stay at IIT Guwahati, Mayuri was elected as the General Secretary, Students' Gymkhana Council, for the year 2002-03.
She worked in the petroleum sector for two years with Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited between 2003 and 2005.
In 2005, she moved on to pursue her post graduate degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore, which she completed in 2007.
Having chosen corporate strategy and marketing as her specialization areas during MBA, Mayuri currently works as a Management Consultant with Diamond Management & Technology Consultants. During the last two years of her management consulting career, she has worked extensively across sectors such as telecommunications, media, financial services, insurance for several Indian and international clients.
